   Proposal Description:
   Primary prevention of AD may require early intervention. Developing biomarkers that predict age of onset is a high priority. Among the possible approaches is to use GWAS data to predict age of onset. I am interested in identifying a prospectively collected unaffected cohort that subsequently becomes affected. This initial data request is to assess the potentially available sample size for power calculation. ??
